The Casa de la Sirsi

The house is all in one level so it makes for easy access to various parts of the villa, the car park is right outside the doorway to the outside. There is a terrace with two levels, a lower level from the main part of the terrace where you can walk around the villa and see the views of the mountains in the distance.

Accommodation

The entrance hallway has wooden pine doors and a separate cupboard for shoes, coats and jackets.

Bedrooms are spacious and views from the windows are fantastic, bedroom 1 has a king sized bed inside and en-suite shower room with sliding doors. Bedroom 2 also has a king sized bed, the room has a heater as extra for the winter months. Bedroom 3 has twin beds and extra folding beds which can sleep between 2 to 4 additional guests.

The main bathroom has a bath, shower, toilet, wash basin and an additional tumble dryer, along with extra cupboard space and towels storage.

In the kitchen you have a large open plan and fully fitted range of cupboards and appliances including a washing machine, dryer, cooker and more.

The lounge is a bright sun filled room, from all angles of the room you can see the outside patio and views, you have also access to the pool from the patio doors leading to the terrace. The dining part of the lounge seats up to 8 people and is comfortable environment with a fire place, TV, DVD, CD and radio, a couple of large sofas. Air conditioning units are installed to keep the room cool.

Outside and around the villa are lots of places to walk, the large acre land that surrounds the villa, gives you views towards the mountains. The nearby Lake Vinuela is only a five minute walk from the front door and also nearby is a number of restaurants that provide very good cuisine.
The garden has been maintained with all kinds of plants and shrubs in the orchard nearby, there is a lot of space for ball games and other garden activities. Next to the pool is room for a barbeque and dining area, the pool itself is large and it has easy access in to the water.
